Website & Mobile App for Northern Ontario Schools
Overview
2 Elementary schools in Northern Ontario required an easy and centralized way of communicating important information to their elders, students and staff. The school worked with Subnet Systems to develop a new website and mobile app that integrated their School Management Software (Edsembli) and social media account, provided a calendar of events, and alerts.

Custom Software Development - Social Services
Overview
Subnet Systems developed a software application for a community that needed to manage outreach programs to people in need within their communities. This software spanned across multiple communities in Northern Ontario. The software tracked visits, events and interactions with their patients. The software allows the organization to centralize their patient interactions, event tracking, and behaviors of their patients. All data is tracked and consolidated into structured reports, which are then submitted to the government to show how the programs are working. The data is used to apply for funding to the federal government. Also the software is able to integrate the timesheet data with QuickBooks

Outcome
Organizations completely transitioned away from paper and are now able to manage staff timesheets online, all patient interactions and create a centralized solution that their head office can monitor and control. This solution also supported the organizations funding requests with the federal government.
